SynlakrosS is a Spanish female fronted band which plays a Melodic Death Metal base with some of alternative metal, nu metal and metalcore influences. With their music and thematic lyrics they inject a good dose of energy and that transport your mind to a world of adventure with a good deal of rebellion. Sharp riffs and powerful rhythms accompanying a female voice with soft melodies and crazy screams that will caress and shake your eardrum equally.

Their influences are bands such as In Flames, The Gazette, Korn, Slipknot, Dir En Grey, Lamb of God, among others.

 

SynlakrosS is a Spanish metal band formed in 2008 by Pablo ‘Roro’ but the line-up was closed in 2010. The SynlakrosS crew consists of five talented members well known for their charisma on stage, passionate music and proximity with their fans.

Since the beginning, SynlakrosSS has been building a solid worldwide fan base.

 

In 2011 they released ‘SynlakrosS’ demo and in 2013 they released their first album called ‘Melodichrome’, which was succeeded by the singles ‘Wish I Had An Angel’ in 2014 and ‘Drangon Egg’ in 2015. In this year they were proclaimed WINNERS of the contest GRANITO ROCK FESTIVAL in the METAL SECTION, receiving national recognition and the opportunity of sharing stage with national big bands such as SARATOGA, VITA IMANA and the international ANGELUS APATRIDA (Century Media)

 

Their second album 'Death Bullets For A Forajido' (May 26, 2016) received excellent reviews from around the world. This album is a turning point in their career that allowed them to share stage with the international bands THE AGONIST and JINJER (Napalm Records) on their Spanish tours and PRIMAL FEAR at Granito Rock Festival. Thanks to this work they have been chosen 'Revelation Band of the Year', 'Best Album', 'Best Album Cover' and 'Best Music Video' by national and international press.

 

The evolution continues with 'Malice Murder' (October 16, 2018), their third album that combines supernatural horror, violence, satanism and sensuality in their songs. With this album SynlakrosS toured in PORTUGAL, ENGLAND and WALES.

 

‘0K4M1’ is their last LP, published in 2021. With this fourth album, SynlakrosS is about a half-human, half-alien creature who sends us a message from somewhere millions of light years away.

A dark but beautiful album, sad but full of energy.

 

After this album, they published ‘Ideas Are Bulletproof’ (March 2022), an EP with three songs that were included in his first demo, named with the same name of the band, which was published in 2011.

They rewritten and recomposed these songs due to the 10th anniversary of its release.

This is a short but intense EP, where you can see, with a lot of forcefulness and mastery, how the band has grown in these ten years, at a musical, technical and compositional level.

A delight for lovers of melodic death metal and metal in general.

 

In 2022 the band was proclaimed WINNER of the RESURRECTION FEST band contest, and they performed at this great Spanish festival where also played JUDAS PRIEST, BRING ME THE HORIZON, or AVENGED SEVENFOLD among others. They also played for the first time in GERMANY at MISE OPEN AIR, sharing the stage with bands like RAGE.

 

In 2023 they were finally able to go on their first European Tour, which was originally planned for 2020 but had to be postponed due to years of COVID restrictions. This year the band played in GERMANY, SWITZERLAND, FRANCE, SLOVAKIA, HUNGARY, CZECH REPUBLIC, ENGLAND AND BELGIUM.

 

This year 2024, in addition to releasing two singles: ‘You Only Live Once’ and ‘Bunnies And Bows’, song included on their upcoming album, they have played at the German festivals MISE OPEN AIR and ANDERNACH METAL DAYS, and at HELL OPEN AIR in Belgium. Sharing stage with ENSIFERUM, ONSLAUGHT, CRYPTA and COBRA SPELL

 

SynlakrosS is working on the release of their new album 'Mental Parasites', which will be dropped on October 3, 2024. In addition to working on their next tour in which they already have dates closed in Spain and Portugal.
